1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing the bd65 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on this site from time to time.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bd65 with respect to the platform and supersede all prior communications or representations. bd65 reserves the right to update or revise these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To create and maintain an account on bd65, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. bd65 strictly enforces these requirements to maintain a safe and lawful gaming environment for all users in Bangladesh.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bd65 applies a 21+ minimum age policy for all registered users, in line with responsible gaming principles.
• You must be a resident of or physically present in a jurisdiction where online gambling and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration and keep this information up to date at all times.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or family member of an employee of bd65 or any affiliated company without prior written consent.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on bd65. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances or bonuses.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bd65 will never ask for your password via email or chat. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to be your own and you bear full responsibility for all actions taken under your account.

• Account verification (KYC) may be required before processing withdrawals. You must submit valid government-issued identification documents upon request.
• bd65 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that cannot be verified, shows suspicious activity, or is found to be in breach of these terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bd65 supports instant BDT deposits and withdrawals via popular Bangladeshi mobile financial services. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits stated on the platform at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. bd65 processes verified withdrawal requests within one to three business hours during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours. Delays may occur during peak periods or if KYC verification is pending.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonus funds must be used for wagering purposes only. Bonus balances cannot be directly withdrawn until the associated rollover requirements are fully met.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bd65 platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and the arrangement thereof, is the exclusive intellectual property of bd65 or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written permission from bd65. Unauthorized use of bd65 trademarks, trade names, or service marks is strictly forbidden.

9. Limitation of Liability

bd65 provides its platform on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. In no event shall bd65's total cumulative liability to you for any cause of action exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your bd65 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the cause of action arose.

bd65 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international standards and, where relevant, the laws generally applied in Bangladesh. bd65 encourages users to resolve any concerns through our customer support channel in the first instance. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to explore alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms before pursuing formal legal action.
